marmoset viewer crashes on tablets

Hey 

I recently purchased and used marmoset toolbag to display my work. I followed their tutorials to upload onto art station and my own website. On a pc the viewer works perfectly, on a tablet or mobile device however the viewer loads then crashes on the page. 

Have I missed a tick box or something for the file uploaded to work on tablets? 

Any help would be really helpful.

Is your scene really heavy? I’ve had no problems with all of my scenes except one, which has about 24 2k textures and 100k+ polys. The tablet couldn’t handle it.

Yes it is likely that your scene is too complex to run on mobile or tablets. What is the file size of the .mview file?
