I recently Purchased a Huion Kamvas 22, when I'm not using it, it sits next to me on my desk, but the thing has a pretty big surface, and is prone to dust, or small droplets of spit when I eat too noisly.

I want to keep the thing as pristine as possible, what are the best ways to protect it, can I put a piece of cloth on it? or will that scratch the screen? any particular kind of cloth? or just whipe it the microfiber cloth once in a while?

any tips, experiences? Thanks in advance!

Don't shine a light on the front of it and eat somewhere else. This should limit the frequency that you have to clean it.

Keep it as vertical as possible. This limits the amount of dust that falls on it. I often use an easel for drawing so I'm used to keeping it basically 100% vertical 100% of the time.

When you do clean it, a damp microfiber cloth is fine.

Just squirt some glass cleaner onto a clean dishtowel, then gently wipe the display clean.

If it gets dirty faster than you like, cover it with a bath towel. It's not going to get scratched by regular cloth.

Anyhow how long is this going to reasonably last for you... 3 years? Maybe 5 years? You'll replace it way before you ever cause major wear.
