A few questions from blender beginner

Today I downloaded the new 2.8. Before I used 3ds max, then c4d. And I have a few questions after opening blender.

1.) I usually make low-poly hairs with hair simulation. I make a style, then replace hairs to any mesh. But cinema 4d can bends my object hairs in depends on hair direction. How to make that in the blender?

2.) In cinema 4d I made a next rigging system: there are controllers based by xPresso which control blendshapes animating my bones system. As a result in software I get a morph rig, but when I export my scene objects I get a bones based rig.

3.) In comparing of cinema 4d performance sculpting in the blender is so much very faster. But when I subdivide mesh using multiresolution modifier I get strange noise looks like human pores. And when I try to smooth this noise I just increase the noise.

Thx for helping in advance.

Blender 2.8 Beta isn't for personal or professional projects, yet. It's still unstable and buggy. Use the rock solid Blender 2.79b instead, OR wait for the official Blender 2.8 release around January-February-March next year or so.

Don't want to start learning Blender with temp keyboard layout.

@ebbob I think it's best for all new users to wait for the official Blender 2.8 release if you don't have previous experience with the 2.5-2.79 series. Even I'm struggling with 2.8 when I've just tested it for fun, and I have 5+ years experience with Blender. They do have changed quite many shortcuts, so the best advice is to wait a bit.

2.8 or 2.7 - it doesn't matter. It're common questions about blender. I don't think in 2.8 some functions were removed. If it's a problem can you say how to do things written in the post?

Just some of them changed, no big deal.
