Help trying to get these wear details?

Hey guys, trying to get similar wear details to these pictures: 

I really like the wrinkle-pattern all over the weapon with random scratches all over. How would I achieve this in Painter? What grunges/procedurals would I use?

I reckon that mesh is broken into quite a few UDIMs to achieve that level of fidelity. Is it a game prop?

I think you are right. It isn't a game prop. It says it is an art test based on the Titanfall universe and the concept is from Respawn. There is also no wireframe shot or 3d viewer at all . The texture resolution looks insanely high.
