Anatomy practice- would like some help to improve

I am focusing on the body right now - hands and foot will be created separated .

    Are you using any kind of reference material ?
    Looks to me that you have too much polygons to play with but if that's your thing go ahead have fun , other then that you doing  ok with small exception like things in the image below and  forearm will need some volume and probably rotation adjustments

    if you aren't all ready, I would greatly recommend using as much anatomy references as you can possible gather.

    Some notes:

    the shins look like they are curving

    overall your cuts into the muscles are to deep

    I would work on how the muscles connect into each other, they normally have a specific flow and tend to tuck into other muscle groups

    There are no straight lines in the human body

    good luck, keep at it, looking forward to seeing more progress

    since then I've worked on my anatomy skills, I have improved!
