Hey, I think this is great. I wonder if the spine is moving enough to convey weight?
I was searching through Muybridge GIFs to find a lot of spine movement. It's actually pretty subtle even on an animal with a lot of mass. But it's certainly there. I think it might help to think more about your dragon's spine and how it communicates mass as he walks.
I was thinking too about Tyrannosaurus and how that much mass causes heavy spine movement. Might be way too much for your particular character, but I think it could use a bit more of this:
