Is there any way to mirror a finished sculptin Z Brush?

So I have been working on a sculpt for the past couple of days and I have just realised that symmetry has been acting weird all this time. I'm quiet sure that the base mesh I used was not fully symmetric and that screwed up the whole sculpting process, because when I use any kind of brush the left side of the sculpt receives way less sensitivity than the right side (the image at the bottom is the back view of the model, so the wrong part would be the right side).

I saw this a few days into sculpting because I'm just stupid and relied on everything working as intended and not checking thoroughly both sides of the model while sculpting.

Is there any kind of way to mirror the left side of the sculpt in a similar way as the Symmetry modifier in 3DMax without screwing up the sculpt? Or should I need to export the sculpt and do it there?

I'm adding a screenshot of the problem for you to see.

Thanks in advance!
