Curves and Boolean operands will definitely generate machine like aesthetic tolerances if by "hard surface", manufactured objects are the targeted output you've in mind but I have to say either Blender or Maya would be the primary toolset of choice - my 2¢
hi sacboi thanks for your respond i a have primary toolset maya and modo but i want secondary software for quick booleans nurbs because tis so fast i have fusion 360 but is cloud based that why you don t own the software
hi poopipe i have moi 3d but the fillet its bad they don have much tutorial on you tube .... if you or any one how to install fusion 360 on portable usb there no tutorial on youtube if you know about that could be helpful

I would recommend Rhino. It is professional tool and very easy to learn. If you export from rhino to unity for example you have to either accept rhinos fbx or obj exporters result as is or you have to do some cleaning or retopo.
If you are a student of any school, high school is enough, you can have the education version of Rhino which is exactly same as the commercial one and you are allowed to use it for commercial use as well.
