I work as a 3D Coordinator for a small company that creates interactive training mostly for Military contracts. As our team continues to expand, we are starting a committee dedicated to the advancement of our team members. We want to help members to move forward in their career goals, determine what's best for the team, and encourage advancement for those whose work ethic is in line with our mission statement.
As we move forward with proposals of compensation adjustments, we wanted to get some idea of real-world scenarios from others in the industry. We've been told to research raise percentages, specifically. I know it seems to vary per year, but does anyone have examples to share of experiences within their company? Or general tips?
