I am trying a new workflow where I use Substance Designer sbsar. files directly on my broken up hipoly clothing assets so I can adjust pattern direction and other settings before baking down to my lowpoly in Marmoset. While the Albedo and Normal channels seem to bake with no issues my roughness and metal channels will not bake. Is this a limitation of sbsar. files or am I missing a particular setting?

Lowpoly missing roughness and metal bakes as well as albedo on metal segments.
Original hipoly. Two separate substances applied, one for blue, one for gold.

Material baking has not been tested extensively with Substance files, if you can send a description of the problem along with a copy of your scene and related assets to support@marmoset.co we will look into the issue. The easiest way to do this is to go to File -> Export -> Scene Bundle, and then zip up the .tbscene and /assets/ folder.
