3D Artists for modeling, rigging, animation and lighting.

Hello, I'm looking to hire a few 3D artists (or one depending on the scope of your skill set), for an independent project.
I would be needing several models of a diverse set of characters such as robots, soldiers, creatures and environments as well.
I would need someone to rig all of these characters, the rigging must be able to account for some extreme poses and combat. Especially when it comes to the painted weights.
Animation would require them to fight and have conversations.
Lighting would be dynamic, relying more on direct lighting than just throwing in an IBL and calling it a day.
Therefore I'm looking for modelers, riggers, animators, and lighting artists. Or someone who knows how to do all of these.
Please send me your usual rates, as well as a reel for me too look at and your level of experience with 3D and please answer the following:
For modelers, how long would a superhero character take for you to model, if it was for example: Superman?
For riggers, how long would it take you to rig a character like Superman?
