Zbrush won't load Ztool (but on another PC it will)

I'm having an issue where when I try to load a certain Ztool files on my home workstation zbrush will have an abnormal termination and shutdown. My PC at uni can still load the ztool no problem and I can work and save it without crashes etc..
Both versions of zbrush are zbrush 2018, I don't remember doing any weird manipulations in the file that might make it incompatible. All I've been doing is modelling on subtools and I unwrapped a couple (but I've also tried deleting the UV's just in case)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
