PCSpecialist or Dell?

So I'm a student and I am interested in the Dell G3 15 (or the 17" , kind of indecisive though ) but the thing is that I'm looking for a an UK/English keyboard laptop , which in my region doesn't exist and also there's no shipping by Dell(UK) at my region(I'm living in Central Europe)  , which PCspecialist both does (Shipping at my region and also customized keyboard layout) , but the thing is , which is better , Dell or PcSpecialist ? PcSpecialist will obviously come in cheaper but it's the Quality I'm looking for  and if there is anyone who had experience with both of those brands please let me know what you're thinking about them .
