It's a start.  There doesn't feel like there's clarity behind the greeble design about WHY this ear looks like this, or what that light thing on his temple does.  

Skin is far too monotone in the albedo and overall material read.

Your wrinkles and bony landmark definitions are lumpy looking.

It's a decent start.,  There's definitely room to improve.
