unwelded geo bake seams issue(video process)

My goal is to have some of my lowpoly parts unwelded/intersected for easy lod making. But when I bake it I get some noticeable seams. I looked at some tutorials where this technique was used but I didnt see any deep explanation on how to do it or maybe I am just missing something. Anyway, I have recorded my process and I hope you could point out my mistakes.
