[3ds max, Headus UV ] My low poly model looks shit after re importing from headus Help

Hi i modeled a weapon and my lowpoly looked good in 3ds max and when i exported as a OBJ and unwrapped it in headus UV and imported back to max it looks awfull. i made sure smoothing groups was imported also. but even fixing SG does not seem to help.  The last 3 pics are after re import
