Just wanted to ask all the Substance experts out there if perlin noise flow is achievable in Designer. I have played around with using slope blur to try and achieve this but failed. Was hoping someone can give some advice please.
if you can't look at the rest of the image, you can't derive your next move from it so anything that grows procedurally is pretty much out of the window.

probably not very effectively
the pixel processor has no idea what any other pixel is doing without explicitly sampling a UV, fxmaps aren't smooth
You might get vaguely close using vector warps/morphs etc.
