Hi there,
My name is Roberto Digiglio and I'm a 3D Artist, Concept Artist and Art Director with 5 years of work experience in video game studios.
I'm specialized and passionate in design and production of creatures and characters.
I'm starting to work as a freelance artist, so I decided to improve my portfolio.
Any advice is welcome.
My first post is a "Turkey Dragon", inspired by a
Lindsey Wakefield sketch.

Dragon Doodle. My goal was to render it only with ZBrush and Photoshop trying to reproduce as much as possible a realistic clay render like other rendering software... With poor results. - ArtstationDangerous Waters

The water atmosphere needs work though, does not feel like they are in water, too uniformly sharp, needs dust bits, lighting falloff, atmospheric perspective, etc.
After some time when I only did creatures, I decided to go back to the toon-style characters.

I recently went to the beach and inspired by the animals I met, I created this cute guy (whose scientific name is Cancericatus Fluvialitis).
I'm using it to study some advanced texturing and rendering techniques to improve my concepts without taking too long.
