That's a bit old thread but hopefully, Cyriuz, you'll come around someday.
I've been using PureRef for some days now and that's definitely a killer app.
One thing I can't find and doesn't actully seem to exist : when I use ZBrush's Spotlight, I'm able to put an image on top of my sculpt, choose its opacity, size, etc.
If I put PureRef on top of ZBrush, I have to set it to "always on top" but sadly, I have to reduce it and set it in a corner. Because I can't click "through" PureRef.
A great option would be to set PureRef always on top, and have a shortcut that would deactivate the clicks on the window, if this is something possible to code in Windows ? That way we could get the ref always visible on top of the sculpt. And maybe an icon in Windows Start Menu would enable us to reactivate PureRef when needed.
    Cheers.

There's a mode called "Transparent To Mouse" that you can find in the right click menu under Mode, or by default at Ctrl+T. Have you tried that? :)
