Custom 3D Model for an Avatar in Second Life!

Hello there! I am pretty new to this place, but I hear it's the safest place to commission 3D work!
I am looking for someone who can make me a beautiful 3D mesh model on the platform Blender.

My Budget STARTS at $200 and goes up. I can pay a good chunk up front, then if possible switch to a goal/checkpoint based payment system.
