For exmple, i have this scene:

And than UV-mapping:
So, is that actually right? I mean maybe you shoudn't create an UV-map for each single object, maybe especially for game environment scene you need to some kind of grouping objects or whatever. I'm just feel doing something wrong in this case.
Currently i'm googling this question and decided also post a discussion here. Hope for some explanation!! (sorry for bad english)

First you create UV and materials for a set of interchangeable pieces, then you build the environment.
Some assets, like the floating pear in the back there can use their own UV set and unique textures.
