Pressure Sensitivity - Windows Ink is killing me!

Hey all, I've recently built a new PC and I have had nothing but dramas with my wacom tablet.

I followed the Flippednormals video regarding the usual Windows Ink issues, and as a result Photoshop works perfectly. I seem to be having huge issues with everything else though! In ZBrush and Substance Painter the pressure sensitivity is working, however there is a huge variation in my strokes. every second or third stroke will be either full pressure, or no pressure; with no ability to modify the pressure while continuing the stroke.

I have reinstalled the wacom driver so many times, going back to previous versions, however nothing has seemed to help! Does anybody have any ideas?

Specs:
Tablet: Wacom Cintiq 13HD
Driver: 6.3.31-4
OS: Windows 10 v1809

if you have an option to go back to WIN 7, i would recommend to do so. WIN 10 is horrible in professional working machines.

That isn't particularly helpful.. Alas, I have solved the problem!

I've fixed the issue after 3 days of completely wasted time. I'll post what I did so anybody else with this issue knows of a potential fix.

It turns out that the tablet driver was conflicting with another process, specifically RGBFusion - my motherboard's lighting software. I ended the process, and my tablet started working perfectly again! I have since uninstalled it. W-ha-t!? Ok... that is a weird fix that doesn't make much sense. Windows Ink seems to cause so many problems with pressure sensitivity it's crazy what a pain in the ass it is and that link is great!
