Looking for an Illustrator

Hi,
I am looking to hire a freelance
illustrator for a web based game like project. Here's an overview of
what this project entails and the requirements:

Looking for a few custom illustrations to be used on game like web app
project as a the main image of the app and as Facebook advertisements
(so these illustrations will be used in our application as well as for
Facebook advertisements). I'm looking for 3D art style artists.
Illustration style would look something like this:
It may be a little bit less complex, but I'll need the illustration to incorporate my game character (which is an existing 3D model) into it as well, so that might be added complexity.

You'll help come up with the art direction (since I don't have anything
firm in mind, so I would like to hear your suggestions as well). 
Requirements:
- Be able to effectively communicate in English (both spoken and written).

Be willing to use a Slack channel to communicate and keep in touch
(this way, we don't have to email each other back and fourth)
- A portfolio (and if you have some other cool stuff outside of your portfolio, feel free to let me know)
Bonuses:
- Understand how responsive images on the web works
- Understanding of the Facebook ads requirements
- Have experience working on game art before
