Zbrush Curve brush size not the same as displayed?

After creating a curve brush that uses Tri Parts, Weld Points, and Stretch, i resulted with this but...I find it odd that the size of the cards created from the curve brush doesn't quite imitate the size of the actual brush size displayed. Anyone know a resolution to this?

It has something to do with the size of the parts used to make the brush initially, but I can't recall the exact correlation or how to fix it.
