Substance Painter Problem.. weird colors

Can someone tell me why I'm getting these weird colors on my mesh after I bring it into Painter? This is before any baking... I bring in the mesh and it has these green brown areas on it...

That's the lighting from the environment map. You can change to a different one if you like under the Display Settings tab.
