PAID $500 USD.... Underwater Props (AAA Quality)

Our game development team is currently working on an aquarium game for mobile platforms.

We require 44 textures "hand painted". All assets must be AAA Quality.

Some of the textures already exist and other need to be made up from scratch. For the rocks we want to standardise the look and feel. We want to offer our players a wide variety of rock styles while retaining one unified look and feel.

For the coral we are not happy with the existing texturing. We need textures that make better use of highlights, mid tones and shadows in the hand painted style. Each coral type requires 4 unique colour variations. Not just a basic HUE shift but a bit more effort.

Below is an example of the hand painted style we are using for our game.

We work using milestones. If we are happy with the quality of work, we will then provide you with the next milestone to complete and so forth.

The total budget for all of these textures is $500 USD.

Deadline is 30 days.

If you are interested, please send me your portfolio along with your country of residence.

Kind Regards

    lol 500 bucks

if you want what you're asking you're looking at 300 - 500 USD a day for a professional job.

I'd rethink your budget or scope of your project

Closed. Please see the Freelance Guidelines sticky. In particular the last reply there:

If you want to debate a job thread, this section of the forum is not the right place for it. This may seem counter-intuitive, as this is a forum after all. However this section is for employers to post jobs.

Polycount does not pass value judgements on job posters nor on job seekers. This is not our role, nor can it be. We do moderate obvious scams or spam. However it is ultimately up to each job seeker to evaluate each job offer, to decide if the terms match their particular needs.

It's important to realize this forum has a global reach; rates are not the same everywhere. It is your responsibility as individual professionals to evaluate the client, and decide if their rate matches yours.

When members critique job posts, the ensuing discussions distract everyone from the purpose of the section. Usually this causes the poster to be discouraged from posting future jobs.

We want to keep things focused on what these sections are for... employers seeking talent and artists seeking work. We feel the employment sections are best for all when they're kept on-topic.

If you wish to discuss the merits of a particular post, make a new thread in General Discussion, and add a link. As long as things are kept professional and within our forum guidelines, we welcome discussion.

    Thank you.
