Just a small scene I'm experimenting with.  I made blueprints for the hovercar traffic, and the buildings with randomized parameters.  Still have quite a ways to go to make this block look lived in and natural.

By "lived in" do you mean bladerunner esque dystopia or something more "clean"?
It looks a bit odd to be to have windows and such on the ground floor when there are (selfdriving?) cars flying so close to the buildings.
The buildings themselves look very misplaced with brick walls considering theres flying cars, I would have assumed that the buildings would have glass/metal sides like this pic:
