I was wondering, for tasks that involve VFX and Video Editing:

Do we benefit from the NVMe speed?

If so, which specific tasks would?

I thought it would help when video editing until I saw this video

    NVMe storages with high writing/reading speeds make imo a lot of sense in every task where hundreds or thousands of small files need to be quickly accessed/are being saved/edited/(re)opened in a quick manner.

    possible use cases would be Simulation creation/baking and as a scratch disk for programs.
