Could someone tell me, how studios in this industry, make interview for a position in their studio? Something like Character Artist, or Environment Artist? How do they pick people to work on their projects? What questions do they ask? How many interviews do they make?

But how people decide, or at least I did before when I was Art Directing on The Maestros.
1) Make an ad and post it.
2) Check the portfolios of all the applicants
3) Send out art tests
4) Receive said art tests
5) Interview the art tests we liked. Do we like their style? Can they adapt to the art direction? Did they get the test done in a timely and organized manner? Have you made a game before? What do you prioritize when you need to get an impossible set of tasks done in a limited amount of time? What is your personal workflow? What do you want to accomplish at this position? Can you relocate if you need to?
6) Send out an offer
