This looks interesting. The face not being the "normal" male head makes it more interesting and I am getting a feeling of being a bit of a mix of human and primate ( which is a good thing for me). If that's your goal I have nothing to say on the face, if not a few points could be corrected ( the space between the nose and mouth is almost as big as the bottom of the mouth to the chin; The fat pads above the eye looks strange, like there is several and not just one; the line from the nose to the corners of the mouth is going a bit far and the forehead area is lacking of plane changes, looks like 2 big volumes with a fold in the middle; also the eye looks too big, the iris and pupil should be smaller). For the rest, I can't give good feedback on the body anatomy, I am still a bit bad in that area, but the suit gives me an impression that is too tight, mainly in the pants part, with almost no armor pieces, just a mix of elastic fabrics. Could be your idea or not, but in my opinion need to go in the same design as the rest.
Arms are chimp like in length. Man bulge is like he's wearing a speedo, but this looks like a pretty bulky suit. Tops of ears usually come in line with tops of eyes. Nose bridge is perhaps abnormally high into the brow.
It's probably possible that a human could have proportions like this, but to me it does have a bit of a chimp-like feel to it, overall. It doesn't look silly or anything, in fact the whole thing looks pretty cool to me... but if a realistic human is the goal, I think you should double check some of these things.
I think the face framed in with the cushioned helmet has a striking quality to it. Looks pretty cool, IMO. Makes me think of some alternate reality where other species of humans survived and evolved alongside homo sapiens, along into the space age. Or mybe this guy is an interstellar traveler -- and it's just dumb coincidence that aliens from another galaxy are remarkably similar to us. Anyway, that's all to say it looks really interesting but slightly off from in a way.
The deign is pretty neat in my opinion but the folds you put on it doesn't look very good, most of them make very little sense and seems to be very sloppily painted.
A side note, never mirror your sculpted folds unless you're very far from the center, it shows instantly and makes it look bad.
