I graduated a couple years ago, and I haven't been able to find any foot in the door, even in related fields.

I've been going fairly generalist as no one thing had seemed to be doing anything for me, but now I'm at the point where I don't know if I should be narrowing down on one thing in particular for my portfolio, or if I have to do something completely different.

Hey cool stuff you have there
I can only give you few general advice :
If you want to work big studio you will mostly like have to specialize in something [just ask yourself whats the most interesting and rewarding thing you will like to do -> modeling ,scripting .... ]
If not you can work as a  freelancer or in an indie studio both require more general approach the more you know the easier will be to find job -> you can be environment artist who write code or any similar combination you can think of

I think you just need to be able to hit a higher quality level. Really study your references and other artists, and try to be as accurate as possible.

I'd suggest finding several portfolios of people who are junior artists already, and compare your portfolio with theirs. What differences do you see? I'd also suggest switching to ArtStation. I needed to enter each project, and then press back, in order to move on to the next project. You obviously know what you're doing, but you need to push yourself artistically, and make more complex art.

I would say you need to specialize in something, now you have characters, environments and some random 2D art on your site. You need to ask yourself what do you like the most and become good at it. If you are aiming for a small indie studio then having all kinds of stuff isn't a bad thing but most companies search for specialized people.
