I've started this WOW inspired character a few months ago after I've made a quick sculpt of an orc head.
The high poly was made in Zbrush and Marvelous Designer with a
little help from 3ds max too. The low poly was made in Topogun, UVs in
Rizom VS, textures in Substance Painter and Photoshop and finally baked
and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3.

I'm usually not into this style of art, but your attention to believable detail helps me appreciate this alot more than some other WOW inspired art. Like the ropes holding the skull to the waistband helps me suspend disbelief that this could actually be a real thing. Very cool as always.
