Good start. Try to have the head slow into position. The weight of the antlers will make his head movements overshoot a bit and then settle. Also try adding a down arc on the head turns and lengthening the animation overall to add variation. One other thing I like to do during idle animations for quadrupeds is to add in a weight shift where they lift and lower their foot. You will see horses do it quite often. The foot comes back down in the same position, but it adds interest and variation. Keep it going and good luck.
