Seeking digital sculptor with miniature experience (PAID)

We are seeking a digital sculptor to out source some of our projects.
The project will involve several miniatures (gaming miniatures in 32mm height)
We will provide the concept art front and rear view, more views if needed.
This is a paid job and price will be negotiated based on model complexity as not all are the same.
The line will consist of several models based in a post apocalyptic environment.
To give you an example of what we are looking to reproduce here is a picture:
(note this is not our concept, I downloaded it just to give the applicant an idea of what we need)
Our concepts will be cleaner off course.
APPLICANT SHOULD:
1) Provide a portfolio of his work.
2) Give me an estimated price to sculpt the first big character.
3) Give me an estimate time to make it.
4) Tell me how many revisions will the price include.
WE PREFER APPLICANTS THAT:
1) Have experience with War gaming miniatures
2) have at least basic knowledge on 3D printing.
3) have experience sculpting this kind of models, as details should be deeper sculpt.
If first job is successful the work will continue for quite some time as we need to create several models.
