Duuuuuuuuuuude... Gross! XD Ok, looks nice. A character artist will tell you better. To me, the legs are a bit thin. This boy looks like is going to fall like a ball (don´t know if that is your intention).

Yes, could be. Just make a legs more bigger. The rest is ok.
