ok so I've been searcing high and low across google and the autodesk websites with no luck.. is there a way to have Add time tag turned off by default?
I've searched the customize UI menu for awhile and cant even find the status toolbar listed in there much less the damn add time tag.. this is causing me problems with editing a prefab model. I accidentally click the time line and move it back.. which also I would LOVE to hide the whole time line all 2gether.. slider and all.. BUT I do want to keep the type in box, X, Y, and Z. box for numeric editing.. It's causing me problems when I try to reimport an edited .fbx model. crashing 3ds Max about 75% import progress. and yes I've done a complete full uninstall, totaly Registry scrub. restart. full scan of pc anything related to 3ds Max and or autodesk of any kind. Deleted and defragged.

basically asking
Keep add time tag disabled by defualt upon start of 3ds Max and or disabled when model is opened / imported.
Remove the time slider, time frame.
basically I do NOT do any animations in 3ds max at this current time. I am only using it to edit prefab'd models that are being created with a 3rd party program from a game directory.
any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
