Simple Depth of Field for screenshots?

i need to set up some DoF to take some screenshots. Just simple foreground blur. But I can’t seem to figure this out. Trying to move around sliders is doing nothing. The documentation for this is a bit over my head. 

Any pointers how to get simple foreground DoF would be great.
