Welcome!

My current project is making gloves to help a friend out with a VR tutorial series he is making, and to eventually sell these on asset stores. So I'll be using this as my build thread, so ask away if you have any questions! Or if you had any advice on how to make it better. :)

I've had these gloves for awhile, mostly I use them while backpacking. They aren't as worn as I would like, so I'll definitely have to add some more damage.

I'm using Reality Capture to scan the gloves. I have tried Agisoft Photoscan, but it just required too much time to set up and get good quality scans compared to reality capture.

The scans turned out super awesome! I brought them into Zbrush and cleaned them up a little bit. It took 2.5 hours to process the scans, but you don't have to be there. Then cleaning them up in Zbrush only took another 2hrs. So pretty good for a great looking highpoly!  Definitely looking forward to scanning more assets.

Next I'll be building the low and texturing them!
