hi everyone, could anyone help me on how to get rid of the mess here next to the shoulder?, i have 2 poles there and im battling to get rid of them, thanks you very much in advance

The elimination of poles is not necessarily a requirement. What you want to focus more on is getting those poles away from movement zones on the model. In the process you might find out ways to rework the topology that ends up getting rid of the poles.
