(Opaque) Optical Camouflage Material

Yo,

I wanted to see if I could get a decent result at an Active Camo/Optical Camo setup in UE without using Transparency at all. Many Multiply and Lerp nodes later, I got something that works :) since getting a true "cloaking" effect is a bit of a stretch this way, I've gone for the kind of active stealth camo that would work at a glance, but on closer inspection is a bit rough, a bit glitchy. Everything was substantially inspired by the camo effect of the Spider-Bot in the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay.

Demo of this being controlled/masked by Vertex Color - this masking method could be swapped out for anything else, e.g. multiplying a curvature map over time (that would probably look cool):
