Maya/Unreal ART Mannequin Rig - No Reverse Ball Pivot?

Just learned about the Unreal/Maya Pipeline.
The provided Unreal Mannequin Rig does not seem to have a ball pivot control or a ball pivot attribute.
Is there a way around this?
