I´m having a really bothersome issue with Arnold render in Maya. I have a character that renders good when in T-pose. But as soon as I bind the skin with the rig, the head disappears from both the IPR and the normal render. In the viewport, the head is still visible, has weight on several joints and all. Everything on the character is a ai standard surface material. I also have a couple of blend shapes on the head.
I´ve tried these things :
- Deleted all history
- Switched to another ai standard surface material
- Exported and imported the mesh into a new scene
- Deleted all blend shapes before and after binding
As soon as I unbind the character from the rig, the head reappears. Please Help!
