I started this with the recent Wild West Competition, but just couldn't get there. So I took my time with it and I am very happy with how far I've come along. Lots of stuff on the list for improvements for the next one, as always, so I am looking forward to my next one.

Hair was done with XGen in Maya, some adjusting in Affinity Photo, Placed cards by hand in Maya with a mix of XGen to get started. I have found that the more you can place strictly by hand, the better off
Substance Painter and some editing of maps in Affinity Photo
Maya for Retopology and UVs (with my good old friend Blender to help when Maya throws fits)

Facial anatomy is off. Lips aren't pinching in towards the face on the ends. No pronounced nasiolabial fold. Eye anatomy looks off. No eyelashes, eye wetness.
Belt is so wobbly. It's not a consistent width across the length.
You'd need to define forms more (anatomy/musculature) and look into texturing (material properties in substance and skin shading) and lighting.
Topology looks alright, though some details could be baked like the belt.
