i want make a soft transition between this 2 geometry. i try to make it manualy but i dont like it. i see a script it called zentools in maya that relax vertexes and make good relaxation but i couldn't find good thing in max. can every body help me or any advise ?

i make helix in maya (left ) and 3dsmax(right)
helix in maya round normaly but helix in 3dasmax every loop turns after together !!! i try to make helix like maya as when i unwrap it i want to make uv seem inside helix.. i try helix in 3dsmax and sweep but it distort. any help

If you want precise loops, make a Cylinder primitive and use a Twist modifier. You can adjust the Twist center to create the Helix radius.
