Hello everyone I am dying to fix this problem 2 days already but whatever I do does not work here are some pictures and to say before hand the modeling was done in blender tried both fbx and obj but still the same thing here are some pictures and if you want i will post both hp and lp.
Btw i put the roughness at 0 and metalness to 1 just to show you what I mean
Thanks in advance

That's just the environment map Substance Painter uses for the lighting. You can change it in the display settings to the right, but it won't affect the actual texture in any way; just the render.

Hmm i tried to add some basic textures but i feel something is wrong let me show you when i export it into the marmoset to show you what im talking about not sure if its my uvs or something?

It could be a triangulation mismatch. You need to triangulate your mesh in Blender, and rebake the normal maps after. It is likely the application you baked the normal map in (Blender ?) does not triangulate the quads and ngons the same way Painter does or Marmoset does (it is also likely that Painter and Marmoset would triangulate differently from one another anyway).
It could also be a tangent space mismatch issue. Make sure the tangents and binormals are computed using MikkT in Blender (if that is the application you used for baking the normal maps).Or you can choose to export the tangents when exporting the fbx (it is not possible with obj as far as  I know).
Make sure also that all three programs are set up to work with normal maps following the same convention (either OpenGL or DirectX, but all three should be set to use the same one).

This is why its weird to me the maps are baked in painter and i triangulated my quads before the export but will try it again meaning to look if there are any quads left my question is do i have to triangulate my hp also because that one is all quads
thanks for the tip in advance

You should not need to triangulate the high poly mesh for baking normals.

Do the bake without averaging normals and see what happens

Average normals did not help but i think it could be the tangets and binomials because i think i forgot about them will test them timmorow its late here thanks to everyone i really appreciate it

Here are the low and the high poly hopefully it helps i tried everything and the same thing happens.
Ofc only 1 smoothing group and as low as possible
    Thanks in advance
