We require a talented 3D artist to model, texture and animate 3D assets (AAA quality) for our new mobile game. 

Below is the rough brief however we will walk you through the project over an initial voice call, where more details will be provided and the artist will then have the opportunity to ask further questions.

Approach:
The brief below is provided to give the artist a general sense of art direction and application. However we are mainly relying on the artist's creative input to help shape and flesh out the final visual. We would like to see your contributions towards building on top of what we have already provided.

We already have the base 3D models, textures and animations for all the dinosaurs.

We require the artist to touch up the original 9 base models:
a) Improving the texturing of evolution stage 0 for each dinosaur. Making them more appealing, vibrant.
b) Improving the animation of evolution stage 0 for each dinosaur. Creating more realistic, weighted movement.

After which we will need:
c) 3D models for the extra geometry needed for evolution stages 1 & 2 for all 9 dinosaurs.
d) New textures needed for evolution stages 1 & 2 for all 9 dinosaurs.
e) Secondary animation needed for evolution stages 1 & 2 for all 9 dinosaurs.
f) Saddle mount and placement will be required for each dinosaur. Same model can be used for all 9 dinosaurs.

Background:
In our game players will navigate the game world and tame dinosaurs. Once the dinosaur is tamed, the player can evolve their dinosaurs. There is also a mechanic where the dinosaurs can battle other NPC dinosaurs.





Details:
The different evolution stages are essentially built upon the existing base model. Just certain evolution elements will be toggled on or off and different textures will be applied.

Specifications:
1) FBX file format for the 3D models.
2) Poly count must be super low to accommodate for mobile performance limitations.
3) For each individual dinosaur, all evolution texture variations need to be placed on one singular atlas, 1024 x 1024 for mobile and 2048 x 2048 for PC.
4) Bake the ambient occlusions. 
5) PNG RGBA 32 file format for textures.

6) Animations will be needed for all secondary components, such as feather, wings and tails etc. These must compliment all the existing movements of the dinosaur.

Deadline: Final approval should be reached by the 15th of October 2018.

A none disclosure agreement will be issued to the artist once the work commences. Milestones will be used to determine if the full project will be award to the same artist.
