3ds max 2016 crashing

guys I am facing a problem with 3ds max, once I open it and work on it for a while, maybe just for 3 minutes, it crashes and I have to close it and open it again, I don't even had the chance to save my latest progress, anyone know why is that happening, and a solution for it?? please helpp

    A little context on what you're doing when it crashes would help. Can you consistently recreate a specific crash? Some specific actions can cause crashes, for me, it's turning on and off isoline display on a turbosmooth modifier while I have edges rendered.
    Are all your drivers updated? Have you tried switching the driver used by max?

    Max 2016 was notorious for memory leaks. I recommend Max 2014, 2017, and 2018.
