I'm making this 'LIttle Bastard' here from the phenomenal concept by Alexander Trufanov which can be found here:
https://www.artstation.com/artwork/rGbea I love his work and this guy in particular is one of my favorites.
My plan is to take him all the way through to animation and into UE4/Unity, and with enough patience, some particle effects. (sure to be a learning process for me)
I'm pretty far along in sculpting the little demon himself, just need to do a few more items and the sword.
I'm very much looking forward to any and all feedback anyone is willing to give.

EDIT: If you're taking him through to animation and not just a render, then you can ignore my tail quote for the most part since that tail will be moving around once its animated.
The plan is to animate him. I was thinking of making a simple springy animation where it just kind of compresses in and out and maybe a little to each side. It may be a better idea to leave the tail straight, I'm not sure.
Where our sketchfab version?
