Problems with Reflections on Glass material

Greeting Polycounters! I've been messing around with this glass material for forever, but I cant seem to get it right. Right now it seems to be reflecting a image of itself rather than it's surrounding area like you would expect it to. (This is most obvious with the block I placed in front of the upper windows)
I admit I'm not the strongest when it comes to fancy materials, and mostly followed this tutorial for the setup. (I intend to add some grime and variance to it later) https://vrayschool.com/ue4-archviz-glass-material/
I've tried with screen space reflections on and off, and moving the reflection capture spheres doesnt seem to influence it at all.
The Windows right now are 2 planes with 2 different materials on them... The front one is the translucent glass, the back plane is the "Curtain" background.
I'm sure its probably something super obvious but I am just at a loss. Can anyone help me get these damn windows to look normal?

*Performance isn't a -huge- concern as this is a portfolio piece. *
