LF budget laptop suggestions

Hi yall-
I'm looking for a laptop with which I can use Photoshop CS6 and an Intuos on the go. I recently got this model, hoping it would be enough, but it has bluescreened twice in the first 24 hours of owning it and the lag (even with multiple redownloads and adjusted settings) in Photoshop is just too much.
I'm guessing I just set my budget too low the first time around and need to put a little more cash into it. Got any suggestions? Definitely staying under $800 for this. Doesn't need to be anything fancy....just reliable. Closer to $650 would be preferable. Hard drive can be pretty small since I'm mostly working off of my desktop anyways.

It seems like a decent enough spec based on the numbers at least - the only unknown for me is the Gpu
@Pac_187 nah I don't work with the ruler on, it's humorously intensive haha
